Shipping Timeframes
Please note:
Products will be dispatched between 1-3 business days of purchase.
Delivery timeframes are estimated as due to COVID delays deliveries may take longer therefore delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.

Standard National Shipping: 2-10 days
Express National Shipping: 2-4 days
Standard International Shipping: 5-25 days

Returns Policy
If you aren't 100% satisfied we would love for you to contact us directly.

Due to hygiene and quality control we are unable to accept return or exchange of products for change of mind.

If the product is faulty please contact us for replacement only on the same product purchased. Please note proof of purchase is required.

Time Frame for return claims
14 days from date of purchase within Australia.
28 days from date of purchase outside of Australia.

Store Credit
Returned items meeting return policy criteria will be issued a store credit to the value of the returned item.
A store credit cannot be used to cover shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the unlikely event that an item has been assessed and shown to be faulty.

OÛJINI reserves the right to not issue a refund if the item returned is not shown to be faulty.

Faulty Item
OÛJINI inspects each item and packages it with love prior to it being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that appears faulty, or is not as described when purchased please contact our team as soon as possible so we can assist you. All faulty items must be returned within 14 days for orders received within Australia or 28 days for orders received outside of Australia. It is the customers responsibility to inspect their items for any faults prior to this time frame lapsing.
